PetSmart Grooming

One of my dogs had allergies when we showed up for my appointment. I have 2 other dogs who don't show any symptoms. Yet, one of the workers acted like it was a problem. I asked if they wanted me to reschedule and they said it was fine. I drop off two if my dogs and get halfway home when the manager calls me insisting I pickup my dogs. She said she called corporate and they can't take any chances. I was and am still pretty pissed that they wasted my time like that. Pretty rude to wait until after I left to turn us away. Then the manager didn't have the balls to face me when I got their. I wouldn't recommend them. I also want to point out that I had elected a smaller grooming package and they increased it to a higher level without my permission or notification.

We went in to find some items for a new pet. Christine is the associate that helped us and she is beyond knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She answered any and all questions that we had, she even answered questions that we didn’t know we had. We are very pleased with our trip to Pet Smart today. Thank you Christine for your helpful knowledge!
