PetSmart Grooming

I have a 6 month year old Min Pin that I have brought in several times before to get her nails trimmed. Twice, including just now, I have been told that they don't have time to do her nails. It's literally a 3 minute process but they don't have the time. I could understand if they only had 1 staff member on duty but there is 3 working right now. That's fine. I'll take my business else where.

They won't bathe my dog anymore because she's old and has less control of her bowels now, which is ageist, but I took her in for a nail trim only since they won't wash her, and she came home like this! Half cut, jagged nails, with quick sticking out, and painful to walk on! I had to fix them for her, but I will NOT be bringing my dogs here again!

Easy to book online through the app, and we get to select our favorite groomer every time. They love our dog and we love them.

Not impressed at all! First haircut at PetSmart in Arlington was AMAZING!! This location appears to have done a "rushed" job! Unfortunately I can’t recommend this location.

This was the first time using Petsmart for grooming my 3 short hair Chihuahuas. My 3 boys truly enjoyed the experience. The girls that groomed them, offered to be the ones to groom them permanently! That was a great sign to go back again. Very encouraged to go back again!

Our dog was well taken care. Our dog is on special diet & due to holiday they couldn't feed as directed. They threw away my containers without asking. Better taken care at another location.

These people always do a great job definitely recommend!
