This is my third time taking my dogs to get groomed at this location. They are always so nice, understanding and accommodating. I had to reschedule twice now, first time with the tornado last week happening at my appointment start time (I was not about to load my dogs and drive while sirens were going off) and the other time was a vehicle emergency and I hate being the one to reschedule but they were so nice about it. My dogs leave HAPPY, cleaned and looking good. I love this place, thank you Heather for taking care of my babies, I don't trust alot of people with my dogs I trust you.
They did a great job with my newest baby. She said as long as she cuddled him he was ok getting blow dried. 😁
Grooming department is horrible. Will not be bringing my dog here ever again!
If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. I have used the grooming service at the Lee's Summit, MO Petsmart for years, but since one groomer moved and went to another store my dog has been terrified to go there for grooming. today we were told she should "seek a private groomer" as she was too afraid for them to trim her nails. I will never recommend Petsmart for any pet service again.
Every experience that my puppy Miss Arizona always has such an incredible time each time she goes in for a grooming! I’d personally would love to thank each one of the groomers who took special care of my baby each month!!!!
They try to charge you more for a tire they try to charge you for a valve stem and balancing when it is not required they tell you that you have to it's the law it isn't the law with not every one of the tire shops in Missouri do it
I love the grooming department. Gentle and caring.
