Groomingdales of Indianapolis

Groomingdales is awesome. They do such a good job with our boy Buffett! We love them so much. We go back every 30 days for a shampoo and a nail clipping. I highly recommend Groomingdales for your pets grooming. Usually, when we pick up Buffett, he is wearing a bowtie, which is a nice touch. Today he got a bandanna!

This is a wonderful place for my furry babies, our appointment was for 9am and they were washed and ready for pick up at 9:55am. Nails clipped and cute bow tie for each one. Cost was reasonable also. I will definitely come back 🐶

My senior dog is ALWAYS treated as the own staff's pet! Reasonable pricing and appointment setups are always made simple and easy. Will continue taking my beloved dog here until the good Lord takes him home!

My regular groomer had a fire and I was in need to find a new groomer. My toy poodle is a difficult cut as she doesn't like her feet and face to be touched. I went to Groomingdales of Indianapolis and was VERY HAPPY with the service provided by Abbey. she did a GREAT job on Raven. UPDATE...as of Oct 2023 I no longer go to Groomingdales. Abbey is no longer there. They have a high turn over in their employees. I now go to DeTails Pet Grooming Play and Stay. They are the GREATEST find them on FB.

MY WELL GROOMED YORKIE! I have been taking my Yorkshire Terrier to be groomed at Groomingdales for over a year. The facility is clean. The groomers are skilled. Candie always asks if I like how my dog looks. There is always ample opportunity to ask for something to be addressed. As a pawparent I am extremely picky about who grooms my dog. I have never had a single concern with leaving Crumb at Groomingdales. My dog has never come home with a sudden fear of chainsaws, so that's a plus ;). Nor has Crumb ever complained about his treatment, in fact he raves about it on his instagram page @yorkie_crumb. Groomingdales gets my highest recommendation for their artistry and styling skills.

I had been taking my schnoodle to Groomingdales for 8+ years and never had any issues until I witnessed an employee yank my dog off of the grooming table by his leash. This employee also stated that he was difficult to groom and suggested I give him meds before future appointments. This was quite shocking and upsetting given we were regular clients and the previous groomer never had a complaint about his behavior. Flash forward 3 months and we have gone to a new groomer who said he was perfectly well behaved and easy to work with. Although I've had good experiences in the past, it seems like staff changes have caused this place to go downhill. I will be giving this establishment 1 star based on how my dog was treated in front of me and the uncertainty of how he was treated behind closed doors.

This place was amazing!! Charles is the man! My Yorkie came out looking so fresh and so clean, best grooming he's ever had so far!!
