Petco Grooming

I’ve been bringing my older dog, Gizmo (8), to this Petco since he was a puppy and have always had positive experiences—until today. During my visit with my 5-month-old Cocker Spaniel, Stella, I had a very uncomfortable interaction with one of the older staff members. I was told I don’t train my puppy properly because she didn’t allow her nails to be cut. This is only her third visit, and as a puppy, she is still learning. Instead of patience or helpful guidance, the approach felt judgmental and unprofessional. It left me feeling uneasy and honestly concerned about how my dog may have been treated. This was very disappointing, especially given my long history with this location. If you bring your pets here, I hope your experience is better than mine.

The groomers are very professional and understand the needs of their customers. They did a good job with my huskies.

I wish I could give a zero star. I used to take my dogs here with no issues and amazing service. I will never return. The grooming manager was absolutely terrible. So rude and just unprofessional. Then when I get my dogs back after grooming the 2 of them I notice my leash is broken and I have to ask for my other dogs leash back as they hooked my one leash to both of them. She got upset and completely unprofessional and said they only came with one leash ( they did not). Once she went into the back it was there and she finally brings it. My dogs are now completely different. Very scared and skittish won’t leave my side. I notice while I was checking out the grooming manager was very rough with my oldest dog by patting his head very aggressively and just completely mean. Yes he is a Belgium Malinois so he has to have things taken slow which I put in the notes and never an issue before. Then the first thing the manager tells me I have to have my dog sedation before they will do anything with him. I told her I won’t be bringing them back if that’s how they are going to treat my dogs and myself!

They were amazing with my English bull mix my baby love hisfull grooming service hair cut and nail cut ✂️. May the Lord continue blessing y'all 🙏

Unfortunately we couldn’t get an appointment we are regular groomer and decided to have our fur baby groomed with you. She had the worst haircut I have ever seen and have her eye lashes were cut off on one eye. Her leg boots were not cut nor her paws. Toe nails not done. The over all look of our fur baby was awful and we will not be using Petco again.

I believe David was our groomer for our dog it was our first time using petco and he was awesome and courteous I will definitely be back

The process to make grooming appointment is super user friendly and we love our stylist (Garrett) who does a great job and is very helpful!
