Very experienced pet salon, specializing is the Asian cut style. Very fair in pricing, and highly skilled. Everyone is very nice in there. My puppies are more calm now when I shower them myself. Whatever they’re doing it’s great! Cute accessories after they get a design cut. 10/10 recommend.

I recently took my Bichon Frise, Diamond to Kawaii Pet Salon in Irvine, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The staff was friendly and made sure my dog was comfortable from the moment we arrived. The grooming was done beautifully, and my dog came out looking so clean and fluffy. They really paid attention to the details and handled him with care. I highly recommend Kawaii Pet Salon for anyone looking for a professional and caring grooming service!

I am so impressed with Kawaii Pet Salon. Upon arrival it was Clean, scheduling was efficient and organized, and I love that my dog didn’t have to stay all day. My furbaby has an adorable haircut and smells amazingly fresh without smelling like perfume. The groomer did an exceptional job from his ears to his nails also. We won’t go anywhere else when we are in OC!

Kawaii Pet Salon did an excellent job washing my dog. Everything was very clean, and they took great care of my pet. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this salon to other pet owners.

I discovered this adorable pet salon by chance while shopping at Mitsuwa and I’m so glad I did! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed everything was. They even have a cozy little waiting crate area for dogs near the grooming station—super considerate and cute! Choco was groomed by Cayla, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely sincere in offering advice on the best cut for my pup. You can tell she really cares about each dog and wants them to look and feel their best. What matters most to me is trust and safety, and this place gave off such a warm and positive vibe right away. I’m beyond happy to have found this gem of a salon. Choco looked absolutely adorable after her session, and we’ll definitely be back for more kawaii grooming days!

I brought my cat here for grooming, but the fragrance they used was extremely strong. I could smell it from far away and it stayed on my hands after touching him. My cat started blinking constantly and keeping his eyes closed, and I ended up taking him to the emergency vet. Cats are very sensitive to scents. I wouldn’t recommend this place for cats.

This salon was the first time we felt comfortable leaving our chihuahua/toy poodle mix. She's 6 years old and very anxious when we leave her. However she has grown to really like the staff at Kawaii. They are so attentive and remember to use Goldie Hawn's treats we send. She is always so clean and smells so good! We have been keeping her pretty regular with once a month visits. We also see them being so attentive with other furbabies and they really do care for each dog or cat that comes in. Cannot imagine going anywhere else and the price is hard to beat. We love Kawaii!
