Petrichor

Took my labradoodle this past Saturday for the first time to be groomed by Grace. Since Stella is a certified therapy dog and needs to be immaculate and perfectly groomed, I can honestly say that Grace did an outstanding job! Stella has never looked better! Plus, Grace took the time to build a nice rapport with her so that she wouldn’t feel so anxious. I recommend Grace without hesitation. You won’t be sorry.

I recently brought my Dalmatian to Petrichor Pet Salon in Irvine, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My dog came out looking absolutely stunning & her coat was shiny. The staff made the whole process smooth from drop-off to pick-up…I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Petrichor to others.

I take my 14 lb 9 year old dachshund here. My dog is very timid and they always do a great job with her. Out of all the places I have taken her to get a nail trim, they have done the best job. They are able to get her black nails to the perfect length. Staff is also friendly. Prices are actually on the cheaper side. I will keep coming here, no complaints.

I’m so grateful for Petrichor (Irvine location). Bear, our 6-lb Morkie, comes out looking and smelling like the short king that he is, every time. Scheduling and drop off is quick and easy, and the people are so friendly and attentive. Our dog gets nervous and anxious with grooming, but he’s never been there longer than 2 hours, which is great. At another salon, he was kept waiting over 4 hours (!!) before they even started on him #neverforget. We are so pleased and impressed with the Irvine location – it’s very clean and inviting. Finally, a big thank you to the team there for being so professional and kind. See you (again) soon.

I've been getting my dog groomed with Kristen at Petrichor before this location opened up and absolutely love her work. I have a less common dog breed that is often difficult to find pet stylists that know what they're doing. Frankly not happy with the front desk staff at this location. I've had it before where I was waiting for 5-10 minutes at the front with no one in sight at all. I don't mind waiting a bit but my dog was done being groomed and I had told them my ETA for heading over and picking him up. Today, I had an appointment and was called telling me I could bring my dog in early if available. I was so I drove over only to be told then that Kristen was unavailable and they only had students even though the appointment I booked was with Kristen specifically. Wish I had known that before wasting half an hour on the drive and not sure I trust coming back to this location if they can't properly inform their clients that appointment bookings even with specific stylists aren't guaranteed. Would be a one star review if I didn't thoroughly love how my dog has been cut in the past.

Excellent lion cut was done on my Ragdolls; I definitely recommend it.

I had an appointment with them today at 12:00 I was there on time They canceled my appointment with out telling me !!!!!! When I asked the guy who works there he said they tried to call me But I didn’t receive any call neither a msg from them !!!! Very disappointed I received an confirmation msg at 11:37 "20 minutes before the appointment "telling me they are waiting for me They wasted my time and made my cat crying while I was driving back and forth uselessly…..
