Missy & Co. Pet Grooming

I don’t recommend their services. They damaged my dogs eyes while there and the owner wouldn’t even talk to me about it. She wouldn’t pay the bill for the vet even though something harsh got in his eyes there and caused ulcers and he is still in pain and can barely open his eyes a week later. This is very unprofessional as a business owner. I am a business owner and I never treat my customers this way.

PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. My dog went here many times. The most recent time the service was horrible and took forever. They told us something happened with our dogs eye. He had to be taken to the Pet ER after this appointment. He now has an eye problem and has to go back to the doctor to get checked. Then we called and they screamed at us on the phone, blamed it on us and the dog when the lady told us something happened with his eye under their care. So disrespectful and rude when this is a service you pay for. DO NOT USE THEM

Dropped my dog off at 8 am. Waited until 4:15 to call and see if he was ready. No call by 445. I show up and wait until 5:30 for him to be finished. While I was paying I noticed the groomer, who is also the owner, was speaking to my dog in a tone of voice I did not appreciate. Makes me question how he is treated when I am not there. We won’t be back.

This place is TERRIBLE. I dropped my dog off at 7:45 in the morning to be groomed. This lady made 13 appointment for the same day. She was the only one grooming and calls right before closing to say " I'm sorry we couldn't groom your dog. He needs therapy because he was trying to bite me". Why not muzzle him before trying to groom him? She charged me $41 for giving him a bath. How can a bath cost $41? She refused to give me a refund. Own up to your mistake!......... Lol no ma'am. You have it very wrong. He was half groomed because it was my intent to groom him myself and my clippers "are not professional clippers" and couldn't finish him which is why I brought him to you.. Not once did he attempt to bite me. If you were feeling sick then you should have notified us sooner. I would love to see the video. I'm curious to see how you "professionally" handled him! There was NO groom time. You trimmed part of one leg. I'd hardly consider that to be groom time

The people at Missy & Co. Pet Grooming are always very friendly. Their work is professionally done which I am highly pleased with when I return to pick up my puppy. I am happy, they are delighted that I'm happy, and my puppy whose name is Curt, is very happy!!! We will return in six weeks. Can't wait to see what style will be given to her the next time she needs Grooming.

Best Groomer ever, great personality. Wonderful care for my pups. We had used and Loved Missy, but moved away. As soon as we moved back we reconnected for her professional and artistic care for our pups ( fur babies) grooming needs.

I have been taking my animals here for years. I have never had any issues with the groomers. They are all professional and have always informed me about my animal if anything has happened or if anything was found. Great place to take them. Missy has always treated my little angel like her own.
