Petco Grooming

I absolutely love Chloë’s Cut. Jessica came out and listened to all my concerns prior to my dogs appointment. She executed the style and cut perfectly.

This was my last visit with my dog, his last visit he experienced shampoo and his eyes came home with both eyes closed.On yesterday I had told the groomer try not to cut his hair so low wen I picked him Up he was completely low cut my baby look like a little rat, he’s a yorkie so of course he’s only like 5 pounds and then he had a cut under his belly from the clippers it was bleeding I had to put some ornament on it. He will NOT be goin bk to PETCO I will find something else this is my emotional support dog n I care too much about him

Not a real big fan of Maywood Mart location. The store feels cramped. Parking difficult. Store next to Dollar tree and Pizza hut which are always busy. I can say store smells clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Have not visited pet grooming. Isles narrow, not wheelchair friendly. Was quite easy getting someone on the phone each time I called. Worth a visit.

My Amber was nervous and seemed very disturbed when I picked her up. Dropped her off at 10 and she wasn’t ready until after 2 pm. I noticed that the tech never spoke to Amber while checking us in. That should have been my sign. The haircut was choppy and Amber seemed more nervous when I picked her. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Will never visit Petco again. Dropped dog off at 8am, told me it would take a few hours. Not ready until after 2pm. First appointment shouldn’t take that long.

Very clean and amazing place. The groomer did such an amazing job on my dog Shadow. He was super good and very clean!

Shanika is the best! I never worry when I leave my dog with her.
