Petco Grooming

I’ve been taking my dog Beans to Petco Grooming for almost two years now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and clearly cares about the dogs— they treat Beans like he’s their own. At this point, Beans gets excited just walking into Petco because he thinks he’s there to hang out with his favorite people, which says a lot. One thing that really stuck with me was finding out the groomers sing to him to keep him calm during nail trims, which is something I definitely couldn’t pull off myself. That kind of extra care doesn’t go unnoticed, gotta commend them all. I wish I could name everyone who makes his day, but shout-out to Imani, Jenny, Regina, Cherokee — and honestly, the whole team past and present. They do an awesome job and have my full faith in letting Beans have the full treatment with them. I really appreciate everything they do and couldn’t be more grateful knowing Beans is in such good hands every time we go. [Pictured: Beans getting ready for another great treatment]

Quick and convenient spot for dog grooming. They accept walk-ins, which makes it easy to swing by for simple services like nail trims. Prices are relatively reasonable for the services they offer, making this a solid option for some routine grooming needs.

My boys got their nails cut. Here my Chihuahua is showing it off >_< everyone was so nice and accomodating, will come back again next time!

My groomer was excellent but the support staff at checkout was completely unempathetic to my dog’s anxiety about sitting in a cage for 2 hrs after her groom. She was so rude to me when I stated I never got the automated call. The other customer I came in with never got a call either. She blew us both off I am a paraplegic and can not sit in my chair that long and my service dog, Carly has extreme anxiety in a cage without me. My groomer was excellent, but support staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Although the groomer did a good job with our pet, we were once again charged for a long-haired dog. We have a Chihuahua and terrier mix with short hair. How her daughter picked up our dog and was not aware of the price. Again, we are thankful for the job that they did however, just a little surprised by the cost again.

Very unsympathetic grooming salon, I had to cancel a few appointments due to personal matters and they blocked me from the system "The groomers get commission and every time you cancel that it's money out of their pocket" Well, that wasn't a problem when I was going to them for a few years, giving them money in their pocket as well as tipping them very generously. The lack of Care or Sympathy to the regular clients is uncalled for. Do not recommend

This was Buttercup’s first grooming outside of the house. I am not able to bath her since becoming disabled. Cherokee listened to what I wanted done to her. I explained my concerns but Cherokee explained she would do what my pet allowed & nothing more. Buttercup was a good girl allowing Cherokee to bath & dry her. Cherokee also did her nails & ears. Buttercup’s fur is so soft! I look forward to her next spa day! If anyone were to ask about a spa day for the pet I would recommend Petco & Cherokee!
