We are very happy with Pouchi's, they do a great job on Blaze and he loves to go there. We have been customers for about 4 years and never had any issues at all. We highly recommend them and they are a family business, support your local businesses.

After recently moving to Jacksonville, I was searching for the perfect place to take my two babies for their regular baths and grooming. Coming from Houston, my dogs were on a weekly routine, and I was looking for that same home-style, loving environment not just a business. After searching around Jacksonville, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Pouchi’s Bath House. From the moment we arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. Miss Tammie, Miss Elaine, Miss Amanda, and Eva are truly amazing women who treat my dogs as if they were their own. Their compassion, patience, and love for animals are unmatched. My babies Europe, my toy poodle, and Noah, my golden-doodle are full of energy and love everyone they meet, and they absolutely adore this team. Yes, I call them my babies, because they are my heart and I trust these ladies completely with them. Every visit, my dogs come home looking amazing and smelling so good. You can truly tell they are cared for with love, respect, and integrity. If you’re looking for a groomer in Jacksonville who offers a welcoming, home-style atmosphere and treats your pets like family, I highly recommend Pouchi’s Bath House. You won’t be disappointed I’m so grateful to have found them. 🐾❤️

I recently moved to the Jacksonville area and needed a groomer for my fur-baby. I sent photos of how my doggie has been cut in the past... and the haircut she received was horrible, not to mention the really cold temperatures here! They completely scalped my fur-baby!!! I will not be bringing her there again!!!😡😡😡the first (3) are from 12/27/22, the others are previous grooming pictures. BIG difference...

Please do not take your pups here, for their sake trust my review. We took our shih tzu and Pomeranian there, shih tzu came back looking like a cue tip because they didn’t touch his head or face and buzzed his body (picture attached) and came back with a limp (which was recognized at pickup). The Pomeranian seems to have not even been groomed at all (not even a sani cut) but we sure got charged for her. So in the end we got a terrible cut, absolutely no cut (which lead to us pay for a correct cut elsewhere), and a hefty vet bill for a months worth of pain medicine and anti inflammatory medicine due to an injury to our pups leg. We thought this might be a one off experience, but after talking to others around Oceanway that have taken their pets there, they shared the same experience. I’m really not sure how they’ve gotten the good reviews that they have.

Elaine & family business is awesome! They took me as a walk-in...clipped my cat claws in minutes, l was back OUT THE DOOR! I will be sending more customers to POUCHI'S!!!

After seeing photos of the conditions they keep their rabbits for sale in, I had to comment. These conditions are well near animal abuse. No hay, no water in the Florida heat, and wired floors that tear the poor buns' feet apart. They should be reported for animal abuse. Please don't support a business that is harming poor helpless little bunnies.
