Ms Mattie did an amazing job with my puppy. She made her first full groom a positive experience and took so much time to make sure she was comfortable with everything. Cocoa looked adorable and can’t wait to go back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanna say THANK YOU because this experience was EVERYTHING. 💕 After a terrible experience at PetSmart (never again), I was honestly nervous letting anyone touch my dog. But from the moment we got here, I knew my baby was in good hands. The patience, the love, the TIME you took with my dog — you can’t fake that. This wasn’t rushed, this wasn’t just "another dog." She was treated like FAMILY. And it shows all over my dog’s face and body. My baby looks good, feels good, and was comfortable the whole time. God really redirected me for a reason, because what PetSmart couldn’t do, you did with ease and care. I’m beyond grateful. This is officially my dog auntie for life — locked in forever. 🐾❤️ If you love your dog for real and want somebody who actually cares, THIS is where you need to be.

So today was my puppy’s first visit at Small World OMG and lady Mattie did her thing with my baby. She took her time was very amazing with him. I recommend her to the world the one on one time is awesome her personality and whole vibe is top tier. I will definitely bring my lil one back for future services. The photo session is great as well!!!

Mattie and her team at Small World Omg made me and my dog feel so calm and validated. The environment is a calming atmosphere where the grooms are 1:1 and they can play and relax for their "spa day". Mattie heard what I wanted and delivered. We have tried many groomers in the Jacksonville area & nothing compares to the services I got here. Jude has to get professionally groomed each month and Mattie makes him look so handsome every time. We are so grateful that we met Mattie and are so excited to work with her each month!!

I am beyond Amazed with the experience I had with Small World Dog Spa.... I can tell from my first interaction with her that she truly has a passion for what she does, and it's is not just for a quick buck. I can tell Dusay was pleased with being there and enjoyed playing with all the toys available. I so glad God led me to this beautiful soul. The one on one care she provides for your fur babies is Top Tier and I'm going to share with everyone I know like I share the gospel.

It’s Valentine’s Day 2026 My dog got sick 🤢 the other day and needless to say needed a good bath. My groomer was out of town and I was referred to Mrs. Mattie. From the first conversation she was so welcoming. I was not only impressed with her policies, structure, and services, but her passion and love for the dogs. It really is her world! HUNEE needed a good bath and nails trimmed…OMG she received spa treatment. I plan to bring her back for a full groom. HUNEE looks and smells amazing. 🐾🍯🐾💛
