I have a very timid rescue dog and Big Sweaties did an amazing job. They also understood my anxiety of leaving him for 1st time after the ruff life he had before us and made me feel comfortable doing so. I didn't notice the cute bow tie until we got home and that was an adorable plus for our handsome boy. Highly recommend 👌
I bring my dog, Watson, for a nail trimming periodically and I always get fast and friendly service. The staff does their best to try to make Watson feel comfortable when he's nervous, and he always loves the treat they give him when he's done.
Great experience with Big Sweeties. Right on time, very fast service. My dog looks fantastic and most importantly, they love your pet and my dog was really happy. Absolutely recommend. Be patient-they are busy for good reason.
Ive been to many groomers in the area and some are off putting with the cleanliness and atmosphere. Big Sweeties is always clean and welcoming, that alone is a plus! I love how these ladies treat my Pom Yoshi, he always looks great when their done with him! I always tip them because I believe the price is reasonable. They listen to what I want and make it happen, I would definitely reccomend them!
It was the first time with a new groomer after a bad experience and I can say without doubt I have found my forever groomer. They're professional, clean, courteous, and my fur baby left wagging her tail and very happy. Her cut was exactly what I asked for and she smells amazing 😍. Thank you Big Sweetie Grooming.
