Soigné Pets

We love Soigne pets! They have always made sure to get Rex in whenever I've asked and offer appointments that are convenient. They always go over what is being done prior to taking him back and have even text if there have been any questions. My dog has some anxiety when I leave him, and they have always seemed to be patient when taking him back. They are great about giving you a timeframe on how long it's expected to take and letting you know how much longer your fur baby has too, so you know when to head to pick them up. Rex has always come out looking and smelling great after his time here.

I’ve been going to Soigne Pets Groomer for almost a year now. I have a yorkie and a husky and they both always come out looking great! Becca cuts my Yorkie’s hair and Im always satisfied! they also do great with getting rid of all the shedding from my husky.

I bring my dog Gurtie here and she always looks fantastic! She's super shy and they seem so gentle with her and patient with her. She always comes home smelling THE BEST and has the perfect cut. Thank you Soigné Pets!!!!

Took my dog to this place today and am highly disappointed I feel like I paid for a service my dog did not actually receive. I even called several other groomers to see if my thoughts were accurate. And he should Not be having hair flying everywhere after a deshedding. Excessive amounts of hair. Not to mention one of the groomers Not the one who supposedly deshedded my dog was extremely rude. I chose this Groomer for its rating I guess I should have read the negative reviews first Will Never Go Back Ever

Becca always does a wonderful job on my 2 golden retrievers especially since I'm sure they are not always easy to deal with with their anxiety, they smell great and look great, highly recommend!!

My poodle ran through the brambles and got the entire woods stuck in her coat. They gave her so much attention and care she was a new dog when she came out! Wonderful place ! Will definitely be booking again!

Not sure what was worse, the grooming or the customer service afterwards. I asked for my dog to be bathed and to have hair shorted a little bit. He stared the day with almost 4 inches of hair. When we picked him up he was completely shaved. When I asked why this happened, the owner stated that her employee said it is what I requested. She did say that they also believed it odd to shave him, especially since it was winter and he was a border collie. Regardless, they did so anyway without following up with me. I was offered no refund of any kind. "It was my word against the employees and there was nothing they could do."
