Always a good experience. Roxanne has been cutting/buffing Dolce’s nails and giving her a bath for a year now
Kara was very patient and informative about our fur baby and his needs. Charlie was not stressed and anxious at pick up. I think we’ve found our forever groomer in her.

Onyx did my dogs complete grooming-nails, ears, teeth, bath the works! My dog is a big bully mix but has A LOT of anxiety when going to Petco/Groomers & Onyx was super kind & patient with Banksy & did an amazing job!
Our groomer Roxanne was caring with the anxiety our pet showed on arrival. She identified the anxiety and directed on how to diffuse it. We will return for future groomings, especially to work on our pet’s nail trimmings, an item that has been an issue. Today he allowed his hind nails to be trimmed!!
Sarah at PETCO has been grooming my dogs and cares so much about them.
