PetSmart Grooming

Jazlyn H @ the Ward Parkway store did a great job grooming my very timid dog Penny! Looking forward to seeing her again this weekend....

Too expensive and they don’t do a good job. Booked a bath and brush just because I wanted a nail trim since his nails are black. I didn’t even want the bath and brush but there was no option online to just do a nail trim. Got him back and the nails were maybe cut like 1/8 of an inch. I wanted it professionally done because I don’t know exactly when to stop cutting. I had to cut them more at home. They are awful groomers if I can cut my dogs’ black nails shorter and better than them. Not to mention, my dogs nails were LONG. I’m sure they knew they could cut it at least 1/4 of an inch more. Will not be returning. Poor service. Waste of $50.

Honestly I started to love it here after my first 2 visits. Then I came in yesterday for a walk in visit and they tried to say they only do nail trims when I pulled up my ss of what I saw online they said "oh yeah our walk in services do include x,y,z" But I wanted a hair cut and bath so I scheduled for 2 days later, she was rushing and said "yup I’ll note it down". I go in for the appointment today and the girl said he was only due for a bath and brush. So I drove here and can’t get the service I asked for. I understand it could be a "communication" issue but I am so frustrated that I feel like instead of doing her job in customer service she rushed me out and didn’t book me for what my dog needed. Will be going somewhere else.

It's a nice store and people are friendly but my dog always seems disturbed when I pick her up from grooming or vet appointments. I am not sure what the deal is but she does not act that way with other groomers so I hope they are treating her well.

Pet smart in Olathe have the best groomers. Will drive the extra way because they always take care of my pups nails!

Not open at 8 on Sundays. Sign on door says open. People inside shopping but will not ring you out till 10...

I haven't taken my dogs back there in almost 20 yrs....I wouldn't take my worst enemy to their grooming shop....especially if it's a specfic breed cut...
