The picture at the end shows what my dogs hair usually looks like. Janet has been grooming my dog for months, so she is aware of what type of hair she has. I asked for a teddy cut and this is what I got. I paid $100 for this. My dog is bald and her head and tail are not even blended. I called Janet after, thinking she could make it right but all she said was it was because the hair was too long and thick. If that was the case it shouldn't have been cut at all. I told her I wish she would've called me instead and that was pretty much it. She said I could bring her back in so she could try to blend the head but look how high up it already is. Very, very disappointed and did not get what I paid for AT ALL.
I’ve been using Janet for over 20 years. She is amazing with the animals. She can make my babies shine even after i have tried to groom them my self. She accommodates clients hours and is willing to go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend anyone else.
Ms Janet was so sweet and very kind to my pup! Very prompt and knowledgeable! I will be using her on a regular bases and she has my total trust! My Chewbacca came back happy and smelling like a sugar cookie candle ❤️
