Jen's Zoom N Groom

I have been going to Rosemary for a few years now for my dogs. We started with our ancient basset hound, Bailey Jean, and she always did a great job and treated Bailey to the best spa day. Then we got Oliver Lee, our Pembroke Welsh corgi, and she always makes him look so dapper. She is super loving and patient with our babies. We followed her to their new self-owned location and it has continued to be a great experience. Oliver has recently started developing a lot of anxiety with the passing of Bailey, but the girls are all so calm and caring with him, he is quickly able to feel safe and enjoy his day with them. I love this team so much and will continue to take Ollie and any other dogs I get here. It's a small groomer, but it's all family-owned and you feel like family when u go. I highly recommend them to everyone for a great job, warm attitude, and care. Give them a shot, u won't be disappointed!

Brought our dog in for bathing and trim and this is what we received. He was nicked by the razor and the buzz (which we did not ask for nor expect on an Australian shepherd) was completely uneven it looks like they just quickly went over it and didn’t even care to make him look nice. I’m very disappointed and will never go back here.

I'm very impressed with this place and how my pupper responded to them. He unfortunately has obvious anxiety going to the groomer due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. Rosemary took the time on her day off to schedule my dude with her for the very next day and based off his behavior afterwards I can tell she handled him with patience and love as well as seeing how happy the other dogs in the shop were. I know people base their business off of reviews so I had to jump on here to spread the word as well as my social media platforms. Give them a chance and call to book your doggy spa day!

I was extremely satisfied with my yorkie's cut and the customer service they provided. The place was very clean and safe for my little guy. They did a great job and we will be back.

I have been taking my dog here for a few years now and they never disappoint and the prices are great. Rosemary does a great job and my sweet dog never hesitates to go with her. She is well taken care of and groomed. Thank you!

Just picked up my two dogs from getting groomed here and they were the best! They were so good with my nervous dogs. Not only that, but they were extremely kind to me and my sister when dropping off and picking up. I will definitely be back! I will also recommend them to everyone I can!
