10/10 experience with Brianna, I could tell that my dog was comfortable with her and he came back happy which is always a good sign. I’ve went to other groomers and never came back this satisfied with a groom and wash. She was also super helpful in understand what would look best for my dogs face shape and body shape. Plus she’s overall really friendly and seems to do really good with the animals.
There are groomers and there are artists. Jerrika is an artist. She doesn't need to toot her own horn, she let's her work speak for itself. Jerrika takes the time to let your puppy(ies) get to know her before being whisked away and paperwork shoved in your face. She spends the time learning what the parents wants and desires are while gently inspecting every inch of our furry friends. Even after a thorough skin and coat check, she takes a few more minutes reconfirming selections and confidently providing recommendations. With her you don't feel stupid asking for more information or clarification. You can confidently walk-a-way knowing your dogs is in expert hands. She took a hack job from another big box retailer and gave us two beautifully well trimmed puppies back. She even took the time to take before and after pictures to back her reasons for decisions and explain her recommendations. We have a Standard Poodle and Goldendoodle that are now her clients for life.
Lexi P is absolutely amazing!!! It was my boxers first time going to the groomers and Lexi was so great with her! She has an amazing eye to detail and made my pup so clean and super soft! I couldn’t stop petting her. Go see Lexi P for all your grooming needs you will not be disappointed!!

The groomer we had did awesome with my golden doodle! .. do not go to the Pasco store they are rough and my dog is now scared of that place.
One of the best experiences I have had since moving to washington. I own a standard poodle who needs to be groomed at least every 8 weeks. She has been quite timid and scared recently. So I tried petco a new experience for Lola. I am so happy to say this groomer did a great job with her. Lola was so happy and looked great. I could tell they treated here with great care. They really listened. I will be taking Lola back.
