PetSmart Grooming

Annabelle is the most exceptionally well trained groomer around! My boy loves everyone but hes a pain to groom. For years we follow where Annabelle goes and he loves to go see her. He came back fresh, dry, clean, ears and teeth were cleaned (I told her good luck with his teeth brushing) but she got it done and everything was SO quick. By the time he was done I was just finishing some shopping up around the corner and it was perfect timing. I will ONLY book with Annabelle and I hope she gets to see the recognition for how great of a job she does. Shes very well experienced and knows proper handing techniques. Give that woman a raise and a promotion! She certainly deserves it! Treat this employee well! Shes a great asset to your team.

They didn't have what I was looking for. But I bought some real good dog shampoo. The store was clean.

They have very friendly staff but my doodle was Not groomed completely. So I had to return my dog to the store to have claws, trimmed and fur around the feet trimmed. Then, when I got him back home, I saw that his sani area Was extremely poorly trimmed and still had residue around the anus. I had to do additional grooming on the backside because I did not want to take him back in for a third time. The Groomer, named Critter, did an exceptionally poor job. I’m pretty disappointed as I bought a package for five visits. This was the first of my five. If I go back to this store, I’ll make sure that it I’m not making the appointment with Critter.
