I went to go get my shih tzu groomed here. Listed all over the website was that the grooming price was $27 for the deluxe package. They didn’t have any fine print or any sign saying they charged per dog breed. I go to the check out and its $95. They did a fantastic job on the cut but that doesnt excuse the price. Went in to try to resolve the issue but was met with rude customer service while trying to explain the issue.
They have a bad habit of scheduling you for appointments that they have no intention of making. Two times already I’ve showed up for the 7 AM appointment right before work to drop off my dog. Both times I confirmed the booking the day before!!!! Only for them to cancel last minute on me. I show up to the groomers to find a note on the desk that they tried to call me, but I never received the call. horrible, horrible, horrible horrible. Never going here again. I wonder who the manager is, the team should know how to look at their schedules and be aware that they’re booked for appointments they can’t make. Notifying clients the night before is not the move. You would think it’s 2025 people know how to use technology and scheduling application.

Just had our first appointment with Petsmart Grooming, and I was pleasantly surprised. I am very nervous about taking my pups anywhere for grooming, so I was hesitant to go, but went ahead and tried to see how things went. My dog had a nail trim and grind down, and the groomer did a great job. They were having a very busy day, but they fit us in, which I was grateful for. Each person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again next time we need grooming services.
We trust our girl in their hands when it comes to getting her hair and nails done.
These guys are always nice and on time. Basic prices are good. They get you on the add ons.
