Muttlee Crew Pet Care Pet Grooming for Dogs and Cats

Bought the cutest dog treat bone from here!!! I also got a birthday cupcake. They were both made of peanut butter. The customer service was 10/10!! I would totally come back here for more treats.

I've taken my dog here for 2yrs now and Idk if management changed or the groomers changed, it has been a few months in between grooming. But I was not happy with how she turned out. Theres notes in the file for no bandana or bows, yet they put one on her. They didn't trim down her lashes bc they still were in her face. There was still dirt along her mouth, nose, eyes. I asked for her to be wiped off as well and that wasn't done either. I did go right back and asked for her to be cleaned up bc it looked like her face all together wasn't even groomed. When I showed her the dirt still on her face and her eyes, she said she used the blueberry treatment, (but I always get that done so I know what it looks like after picking her up) so the front desk women took her back and told the groomer to fix her eyes and also shave down her top head a bit. She walked back out for the 2nd time now with a botched Mohawk of sorts, eyelashes still in my dogs eyes (which i trimmed at home), dirt still along her mouth and nose, as well as dirt on both ears. I've never had an issue prior and like I said, idk if the management and grooming crew changed, but in the past if I had issues it was fixed correctly and this time, I physically watched her just roll over what the issue was and handed her back to me.

Highly recommended. I’m so happy. My dog looks gorgeous. She was in a bad shape and they did a great job.

Terrible experience, definitely not going back. Do not recommend to anyone. Always took my small dog there and would pay $50/60 dólar range for the full groom and bath. Called to book and confirmed the price, when came to pick up my small dog they charged me $120 without even calling and advising a price change. Definitely lost a client.

One of the better overall service experiences I can remember. Our dog Sonny was a 1st time client, we went for the full grooming treatment and were able to select the type of trim. Left him there and when we got a text letting us know he was ready, we were pleasantly surprised at his appearance. He looked awesome. You are always skeptical of services you've never used, but we will definitely be return customers because the attention to detail and quality of service is exceptional. Thanks to all the staff.

I’ve brought my dog here to get groomed a couple of times and she always comes out looking beautiful! The staff really takes the time to listen and understand what you want, and I was impressed that they had saved detailed notes from our first visit. Everyone I’ve met is clearly passionate about dogs, and I’ve already recommended Muttlee Crew to a friend (who had a great experience too—her pup looked amazing)!
