Took my boy to Woof Gang for the first time and they did an amazing job. My dog is a tripod so he required some special care and the groomers were so kind and accommodating!

Service is truly above and beyond. Angelica and her incredible staff always make our puppies feel so pampered, safe, and loved. They are extremely attentive, gentle, and consistently deliver top-notch care. Highly recommend bringing your furry family members here!

Please think twice before buying treats for your fur baby from this place. I paid $9 for a cupcake for my Goldendoodle’s first birthday, and after eating only a tiny piece, my handsome boy became sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I called the store on S. John Young Parkway to report what happened. The associate told me she would notify the manager, and about an hour later I received a text message denying any refund or responsibility. Very disappointing customer service and lack of concern about my dog wellbeing. I’m glad I found out about their service before bringing my puppy in for grooming, as I had originally planned during my first visit. I now better understand why there are so many negative reviews about this business. This was my first visit and definitely my last.

I’ve been getting my little Yorkie poodle groomed there for the past year now and the staff is super sweet and welcoming. The space is very clean. I love how I was able to meet my groomer before the groom and talk to her face to face about what haircut I wanted. Definitely recommend😊

We had such a great experience bringing our American Bully, Luna, to this groomer! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. They treated Luna with so much care and patience—she usually gets a little nervous, but they made her feel completely at ease. She came out looking (and smelling!) amazing—her coat was shiny, nails trimmed perfectly, and she was all smiles. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the results. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to any pet parents looking for top-notch grooming and genuine care! 🐾💙

my two dogs Maximus and Bella have found their forever dog grooming place for their spa day needs. I was very hesitant because it’s hard finding someone that is very calming and communicative and actually listens to your needs for your puppies needs and who actually takes their time with you. Maximus was washed the other day with the summer package and he felt amazing. He had so much more pep in his step and they did a fabulous job on his nails teeth ears and his whole body Bella, our pitbull terrier never liked anyone else touching her and never liked her nails trimmed, but I went in there today and she was such a great little girl. They also got brand new harnesses and they fit them perfectly. This place is the place to go for all of your pup needs.

Definitely the most over priced place i have ever taken my dog to. $65 for a bath and $100 for a mini groom. I would not have minded paying that much if they had at least done a good job but i got home and my dog had so many knots on his butt and he was not matted prior to taking him to this place so they shound not have been hard to remove. They brushed the ends of his hair and left him fluffy but did not bother going down to his roots to properly detangle him. They did not even trim his pawpads and when i called they said it was $10 extra to have his paw pads trimmed. I was not able to take him back to get the knots out because i have a very tight schedule but the fact that they said he was done and i took him home full of knots to then have to brush them out myself is crazy for a place that charges so much. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I will never bring my dog back to this place.
