It was the last drop of my patience She Shaved my dog without asking me, even my dog was regularly groomed by her Every 4-6 weeks. . I assume having a toddler in house all day long with no help plus grooming on a top. Don't expect miracle of quality. After two years of using this grooming place we got enough of her rudeness. On a top of everything She Over charge constantly with no reason . She never booked solid just think why!! She always open for new clients.
Crystal does a wonderful job grooming and spending one on one time with my dogs. She's more like family than a business. It's not like other shops. She grooms one dog at a time and no crating. I will only go to her.
Went to her a few times and it was fine, but she was really rude about a misunderstanding about how much shampoo she needed (I didn’t bring enough, said I would reschedule no big deal). She then told me she was booked through the year (in June?), which I doubt,when I tried to reschedule. I tip well and even wrote a letter to the county once on her behalf. Unprofessional. Also, she’ll put baking soda on your dog. Bring your own shampoo.
We went to Cystals this week hoping to find a new groomer for our Shih Tzu (just moved to TN). Our furbaby is 4 years old, she did the BEST grooming job I've ever seen and he gets groomed once a month since he's had enough fur to cut. We would highly recommend to everyone who has a long haired furbaby for sure.
