Doggone Pretty Inc

I am so pleased with Doggon Pretty Inc. I took my dog last Saturday. He was there a long time but when we picked him up he had a beautiful cut. They also trimmed his nails, which has been difficult and impossible for other groomers. They said the long time was due to the fact they let him rest after any part of the grooming if he appeared stressed. They also said they noticed a stiffness in his right shoulder that might account for his reluctance to have his nails trimmed on that paw. Very professional staff. I will definitely take my doggie companion to them again.

Emily is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her and Dog Gone Pretty. My dog always comes back perfect. Do not hesitate to trust your animals to Dog Gone Pretty.

Emily and Sarah are great!! Today we had a new employee groom our pup. Sadly it took double the time (4 hours) however the new groomer was super sweet!! I'm sympathetic to anyone new and in the process of learning. With that said I just wish I new previously the dynamic of that particular appointment. Highly recommend!!! 🩷🐕

I absolutely love this place I typically only bring my milo considering he is a little more behaved and his hair is crazier and needs a little more upkeep but I am always beyond happy with their results each time Kayla does amazingg. I love to bring them here and if you are trying to find somewhere to bring your pup I could not recommend this place more!!

Sarah did a wonderful job on my husky! He was blowing out his winter coat and needed a good deshed, he looks 15 pounds lighter lol. I will say they are a little more pricey, HOWEVER, the work reflects the price. Seriously the best groom he has ever had, we will be returning!!

After using the same groomer for 8+ years, I’m now looking for a new one in the knoxville area… I’m not sure how an increase of $100 for one grooming visit can be justified! A $50 per dog increase is absolutely insane and this is absolutely no exaggeration! I love our groomer Jeremy at #doggonepretty but unfortunately I will not pay these new prices! I don’t have a problem with increase, it’s part of life but that’s a huge jump! It’s sad that there is nothing to be said for loyalty and being a customer for so long! And as for the lady who was working the desk, you could absolutely work on your customer service skills, they’re lacking!

We brought our golden doodle to this groomer for the first time for a partial grooming. I have to say they did a great job with him. The staff was very nice and the groomer came out and told us our dog was a dream and did very well. However, I have concerns he may have been sedated in some way. When we got him in the car and brought him home, he was listless. He remained that way for 3 days. Our dog is very playful but after our visit to the groomer he had no interest in his toys or playing. He's fine now but if this place is sudating pets without authorization of the pet owners they may have issues in the future. We plan on talking with is vet this weekend.
