Amazing, thank you for taking such good care of my two nervous pups. I have had groomers turn my dog away from having too much anxiety, and you were so caring and gentle with them and even welcomed them back and we appreciate that so much! Not to mention, they’ve both never looked better. The haircuts are flawless!!! Will be returning while we’re here in Knoxville

I absolutely love this place!!! It's full of pet loving people that genuinely care. Very clean and professional. I highly highly recommend!! They have taken exceptional care of my nugget!!!!! I also take my grand-pup here!!! 😁

Ok so when I say I love Kim I mean I love her. I waited until my Australian shepherd was a year old to groom him because I was so nervous. My baby is a blue Merle and I absolutely adore his coat. Things I do not adore are his shedding and his butt hairs. I have now had him groomed by her twice and both times she has listened to me explicitly. I have a very specific way I want him coat and she does it perfectly!!! My boy is intact and this usually makes people wary of him but not her she gets right in there and he comes home exhausted from playing with the other dogs (no seriously he slept two hours when he came home today). His paws are always perfectly trimmed and his butt hair could be in vogue. This last time I decided to get creative and get him dyed. I was worried he may be traumatized but we both seem super happy with it!!! He will never be groomed anywhere else.

Gave excellent care for my dog. And fairly priced. But my little dog was there over 6 hours to be groomed. Both times. Finally at 8pm, I called and said I’m coming right now to get my dog. She said "but she’s not quite done." I said I’m coming anyway to get her. She is a caring person who loves animals. That much was evident. My 14 year old dog was not used to being caged EVER, and I know she spent much of those 6 hours (both times) in a cage. That disturbed me!

This is how my baby came back to me Friday from this place. They claimed it was because she was matted. I don’t believe them though. The second picture is how she looked coming back from another groomer.

Rascal and Missy we're really beautiful when they were grown and shaved for got Rascal lion cut and Missy just got to saved and they're both just beautiful and could not be any happier with your service I will continue to use you you are the best groomer where is ever had and we will continue to use you your friendly and you take good care of the dogs extremely happy with the service that we get thank you all so much this is a great job

I recently got a poodle puppy and I have been struggling to find a groomer who has been willing to help me get the hair out of his eyes because it has been bothering him, everywhere has been super hateful to me because he does not have his rabies shots, he is 13 weeks old and not old enough for them yet, I called them and explain my situation and I was obviously upset and the woman I spoke to was the head groomer and she was the kindest person I have ever spoken to. I expressed some other issues that I had with my puppy and without hesitation she was more than happy to help with these issues, including tear stains. If you guys want a groomer who’s going to invite you to be their friends without hesitation. I would really recommend this grooming salon to everyone
