Lake Murray Grooming

Excellent service. Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. I take my two English Bulldogs for a Spa days. They love it! Prices very reasonable. Friendly staff.

Beth is an awesome groomer and also really great with dogs. My dog was nervous about nail trims and she took her time with him. Now she can do all of his nails with no problem!

I had a very upsetting experience at Lake Murray Grooming and will not return. While my dog was being groomed, I walked into the business, unbeknownst to the woman (not Beth) grooming my dog and observed the groomer repeatedly yelling "STOP!" while aggressively repositioning and centering my dog’s head. My dog was crying louder than I have ever heard before, clearly distressed. This was especially concerning because my dog has been groomed by multiple other groomers without issue and has consistently been described as sweet, calm, and easy to handle. Regardless of the reason, the level of force and tone I observed felt inappropriate and alarming. I expect a groomer to handle animals with patience, calmness, and care, especially when a dog is clearly frightened. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I brought my adopted husky here for the first time and was extremely happy with the outcome. A really nice job well done. The staff are very friendly so my dog was at ease with the experience.

Beth pays close attention to detail and my CAV is done exactly the way I ask for it to be done. Shop is clean and organized.

I love the crew at Lake Murray Grooming! We bring our 85 lb pup here for baths, nail trims, etc. Beth is always prompt with scheduling and great with communication, and her and the rest of the staff seem to really love the pups they interact with. A few months ago we had a little skunk emergency and they were so accommodating and got us in as soon as they could. Another plus? My dog doesn't dread going to the groomer anymore! He used to whine and resist entering the other groomer's building, but I can tell he feels safe, comfortable, and confident here. Highly recommend this spot.

Wow. This place is GREAT. My dog has never let anyone touch his nails, much less cut them. He had to be sedated in order to trim them. My sister insisted she could cut them without a problem. She was right. Thank you, thank you, thank you. He's happier, I'm happier, and my pocketbook is fuller. Thanks again..
