Petco Grooming

Mikka has gone several time for grooming. She seems to love the groomers and always comes home happy. The best part is the nail trimming. She has jet black nails it saves me from clipping too close to the quick.

I dropped my dog off at eleven thirty and was told he would be ready in three hours. He was ready four and a half hours later and had to spend time in the kennel, because the groomer had to go to lunch. I understand this, but she went to lunch three hours after I dropped him off.Then, told me she had to stop for lunch. I've never had this happen to me before, and was told I could pay twenty dollars to book him as a vip. A good work ethic shouldn't have to be charged extra. Apparently booking several dogs at your schedule.Appointment time is standard. Then, why haven't appointment time? The grooming itself was acceptable. However, she had to give him another bath.Because when he was spending time in the kennel, he peed. Perhaps if you're going to bathe a dog, then throw him in the kennel, you might want to give him a little potty break first. He's in a strange place and probably stresss out. I won't be bringing him back.

Payton did a wonderful job with my pup Mustang. Her coat looked gorgeous and she used the dremel on her nails to get them much shorter and blunt. Mustang doesn’t like nail trims so I appreciate the extra time Payton took using the dremel. Mustang says 4/4 paws 🐾!

I do not say this lightly, but this was the smoothest, best grooming I've ever had with my Yorkie. We will definitely be back!

Selina is always so gentle. Coco loves her. I just wish the appointments didn’t take so long.

I’ve taken my dog here a couple of times recently, and unfortunately, this groomer just wasn’t a good fit for us. Both times, I felt the vibe was off, and my dog clearly picked up on it too. The groomer seemed quick to make excuses about my dog’s behavior, claiming she’s at the age where she doesn’t want her face groomed, which has never been an issue before. On my last visit, when I asked for her ear hair to be cleaned, the groomer sighed and even mentioned that dogs can have seizures if they don’t like grooming at this age—very unprofessional and unsettling. Overall, the customer service was poor these last two visits, and we won’t be returning. Too much of a turnover there and inexperienced groomers.

I've taken my dog here once for a nail trim, and once for a full groom. My dog is very shy/fearful, and they did a great job handling him. They are knowledgeable about dog grooming needs, friendly and communicative.
