The Doggy Detailer

BEWARNED - I took my Westie (west highland white terrier) here last week for a full body trim, serviced by Jolene, also the manager and owner, for the 1st time and will never trust them again. Please see the photos of the result; before the service we discussed a photo of a Westie face, half of the length off the body, and shorter hair on the legs. She took it upon herself without ANY discussion with me and CUT my baby's hair SO SHORT , I COULD NOT recognize her. She no longer has the signature westie face, has random wisps of hair on her face that were left long, and blade marks thru her body instead of a steady taper from her body to her legs. When I brought up how I distraught, upset and disappointed I was by her taking it upon herself to cut my dog's hair so short, how amateur the job looked and how unrcognizable my baby girl is, she barely apologized, said that HAIR GROWS BACK, did not sound remorseful and argued with me about MATTS in her fur when it is known by myself and my friend who both combed her frequently before the service that were NO matts or matted fur present. Take a look at the photos of before & after. I paid $90 with tip and was NOT offered a refund or any compensation. Lesson learned this is the kind of place you go to get the haircut they want not the haircut you want.

So so happy with the service here! Not only were the staff able to accommodate a same day appointment request for my 2 large dogs, but they did the best de-shed ive ever seen! And the staff are so great with the dogs. Hands down the best grooming service we have ever used. Could not reccomend more! We will be returning 💙😊

I went in on Tue for the $10 special and was charged $15 for my 8lbs dog for "double coat". The person next to me paid $20 for her almost 70lbs extremely furry dog and remarked that it's only cost effective for very large dogs. The shampoo was almost all water and it took half a bottle to get a lather and they only have big dog dryers. I feel I was over charged but the front desk helper said "we mostly have establish customers, and they have no problems with the prices. " I'll follow the big dog owers advice and skip these places from now on.

Great local dog wash, have self wash and grooming. Glad we found this place it’s so close to our house and the ladies are super nice!

You have never seen a Yorkie so happy after a new cute and style! I would highly recommend Doggy Detailers groomer who took her time with my 4lb pup and earned her confidence. To boot they also have a dog wash and the lil lady who handles that is so nice and welcoming and inviting. In fact she is why we started going to the groomer. We love Doggy Detailer! Thank you ladies every visit is always wonderful!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We've been twice for the self serve tubs. Staff is amazing and friendly, excellent products and everything you need. I've been to other place that charged a lot more and didn't even provide all of the necessities. Plus my pup got a little baggie of treats. Highly recommend.

Our dog Dell always looks forward to her visit. Dell has always been very well treated and enjoys interacting with the other dogs and the groomers. We are very pleased and believe we have received our money's worth over the years we have been coming.
