The Doggy Self-Wash

Literally LOVE ITTTT!!! I started taking my German shepherd puppy and everyone is soooo sweet to her and give her attention, they’re also super nice and explained everything to me so perfectly! They offer so many things to help shower them. When she was tiny I even got a tub booster since she was not tall enough. Omg and their shampoos smell sooo yummyyy, my puppy looked so pretty and shiny after. I will for sure keep going.

I went to wash my dogs for the second time. I used one bath for both dogs. One of my dogs I didn’t even dry and didn’t take not even 15min to wash her. However, I have a Bernese Mountain Dog with a lot of hair, no one wash and dry a dog this big in 30 minutes. I was asked to leave while I was drying my dog while there were more 2 tubs FREE and no one waiting to use them. The fact that you have to dry your dog in the same tub you washed them make it impossible to dry them fast. The dogs keep getting wet from the wet tub. I was even about to ask to book a bath for my dog next time instead of washing him myself, but after I was asked to leave with my dog wet, I’ll never return to this place again. Not worth it! Instead of complaining and making people leave, make a separate space to dry dogs that are not in the same tub they got washed. I have never seen any other self wash with 30min limit to wash and dry a dog! This is ridiculous! PLUS, I saw one of the employees washing a dog in a tub that had just been used by a self-wash client. The client left and the employee brought the dog to wash in the same tub before even cleaning the tub. BE AWARE before you come to this place.

Went here to wash my dogs for their special the tub was full of hair and wouldn’t drain so it took me longer then usual to wash my dog. The dryer blows out cold air and it’s pretty much impossible to clean and dry your dog within 30 mins. I’ve never been rushed out before but the woman working today asked me to leave saying there was a 30 minute limit and asked me to me although my dog was soaking wet. I can understand the policy but telling me to leave when my dog is wet and no one waiting for the tub is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Be aware before walking into this place

Great experience! Great lady at the counter. Washed and conditioned my 46 lb collie in about 13 minutes. Used the hairdryer with cool air for the last 15 minutes with some brushing at the same time. 30 minutes was plenty of time (I checked how much time I had used a few times so I knew how much time I had left). This was my 4th time here!

Clean place but the 30 min rule is kind of inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a dog with a thick coat. I was told that i was given a grace period and my dog still was wet. Felt pretty rushed. Again, it’s a great place for smaller dogs or dogs with less hair. But definitely not for any breed that has a coat similar to a husky.

Best place to go for any dog services. The ladies (Sarah and Adriana) were great and a big help. They gave us everything we needed for our new dogs. I would go out of my way to go there

I went there for the first time, under the impression it was $10 and it was not. They go based on weight and I have a short bulldog and it was almost $30. The lady was a bit rude and kept giving me looks while I was struggling with my dog. Not a good experience or impression.
