Absolutely horrible grooming. They ruined my poodle terriers cut by completely shaving him, gave him zero style and hardly cut his nails. They also did not evenly cut his hair as he has tufts of hair around the base of his tail that are a completely different length. I was shocked when I saw him. Neither groomer was friendly when we walked in, I was hardly greeted and the groomer that took my dog she had a less than pleasant attitude, literally zero personality and apparently zero experience either. Her nails are also incredibly long and pointed- not necessarily someone you want handling your 15 year old dog. Music was blaring and it felt like an inconvenience for them. I’m so disappointed and will never return. (If you are on any of the Ladera neighborhood pages I HIGHLY suggest you search them on there and post asking for personal experiences. I made the mistake of doing that AFTER I got home and was floored at the horrible feedback and reviews of their grooming!) photos below are how he looked when picked up vs how he SHOULD look after a decent grooming. 😫

We had an amazing experience at Posh Paws Pet Spa with our Pomeranian, King! Even though we were running 30 minutes late, the team was incredibly flexible and still made room for us without any hesitation. Their attention to detail was outstanding — they treated King with such care, and his lion cut came out absolutely beautiful. The turnover time was impressively quick, yet the quality was top-tier. King looked perfect and was so happy afterward. We’re grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and skill. This is definitely our new go-to groomer in Ladera Ranch! Highly recommend. 🐾💛

Posh Paws is great! They went the extra mile and not only took good care of our little pup Daisy with a wonderful summer cut, they also washed her harness and leash for us! Our previous groomer never did this after years and years of visits. They put a cute a daisy themed bandana on he as well which was the cherry on top of the cake for us. She got her cut weeks ago and she still smells great and looks good. We will be back and are telling our friends and neighbors about Posh Paws

We love Posh Paws. We have a three year old vizsla and they take such good care of her. They are always so professional and kind to their human and animal clients. Best groomers in town!

This is a very good dog grooming business. Family owned, clean, great prices. They even sell Bailey’s pet CBD treats and oils for calming.

They know how to handle my kujo 12 pounder. Bring your dogs here. They are very competent with dog grooming and are also caring of their furry customers.

I was able to walk in and get my husky groomed same day. They did a great job and took good care of dog.
