College Park Boarding and Grooming

Love the kennel but really don't like the new check in procedure. You have to check into the veterinary clinic first and then check in all over again at the kennel. No sense and time confusing.

My fur babies have been coming here for 5 years and the fact that they get super excited when they see the vet and the kennel from the road is a testament to how they are treated.

They took great care of my dogs! They go in and don't look back which makes me feel safe with them, they get treats and playtime and best of all they are right next to a vet so if anything medical arises they get prompt, excellent care. Whenever we get close the dog squeals with excitement! Let's not forget the cuddle time too!

So if you need to board your fur baby you can't go wrong with these guys. There are absolutely amazing and love your pet like it's there own. And even if you just want them to have a play date they are amazing. My boy jack loves it there. He had a amazing time.

I have taken my 2 fur babies here several times and each time I pick them up they are happy and tired!! The staff at College Park Kennel is extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. I have had to call them last minute to extend my dog's stay with no issues. Moving to a new area and finding such an amazing place where I know my babies will be well taken care of is such a blessing and gives me peace of mind while I am away!!

They just cancelled the appointment I made in June to board my dogs over Thanksgiving. They said they tried contacting me multiple times regarding a deposit. However, other than yesterday's phone call, I don't have a call, voicemail or email from these people. Moreover, they didn't request a deposit when I initially made the appointment in June nor when I confirmed the appointment in person in early October. So, to say that I'm upset that my Thanksgiving plans might be cancelled due to the ineptness of at least 1 person on staff here is an understatement. I've been bringing my dogs here for the last couple of years and it's been a positive experience. Unfortunately, the cancellation yesterday and the caller's absolute lack of empathy about it is a deal breaker. I won't be using this boarding service again. I'll likely end up changing my vet as well.

Has to be one of the rudest people I’ve met in a long time. Worst attitude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend or bring back my dog. There are an abundance of other places to take my pet. There attitude probably reflects on the care my pet gets.
