Every doggie gets special attention. The staff takes their time with every customer to go over any questions they may have and the owner is super knowledgeable. Anything related to behavior, health, nutrition, traveling, etc, she knows!! They have been doing this for a very long time. I took my first dog there her whole life until she crossed the rainbow and my second dog has a blast every time she goes. I would not take her anywhere else!! They really care for every dog and cat. They have special shampoos for different conditions and my princess comes back smelling amazing and with the cutest bandana! ❤️

Update: I took Beans again and this time they said he was such a good boy and gave him a little bandana!! The picture shows how happy Beans was post-groom and post-good boy compliment 🙂 not only is he physically glowing, but also emotionally glowing lol Previous review: This place is amazing! My grumpy long haired 15lb cat will no longer let me brush or bathe him, so I took him to this place to get the job done. I always worried Beans, my cat, would flip out at a groomer... hence why I really like this place as they are cruelty free and they ensure my cat was calm and ready before moving onto the next step of grooming. My cat, Beans, is visibly a lot happier with his pretty clean fur! Thank you!

I took my dog in there two days before Christmas. I got a golden doodle and her hair is short. Currently I took her in they called me and said she’s ready. I looked at her having already paid before I seen my dog. I don’t think they even bathed her she look the same her face, her feet her hair she didn’t even smell clean. I called and let them know and the girl told me we’re going to review the videos because they have cameras out and they’re going to check it out and see and she’ll get back with me in two or three days. Well here it is over a week‘s gone by no reply for $125 it was brutal. Customer service is important but when they don’t even call you back that’s when I write a review so believe me your money would be better spent somewhere else.

Really wonderful service!!! They show such authentic love and care for your pet, you know your pet is in loving and caring hands! My dog looks adorable every time he leaves. And he’s always in a great mood — clearly he’s getting a lot of snuggles and boops during his grooming experience. Shout out to Paola for the great job!

We went there 3 times, 1st time shaved too close to our dogs privates (male). 2nd time ask them to be careful. 3rd time 5 cuts on our dog and the biggest one was the size of 1/2 a time and a big scab. Always heard dogs barking when we picked up our baby.

Best place to go! The owner is amazing!! The workers are super nice and caring. They take their time to perfect the job.

They are truly pet lovers and advocates for animals. Their shop is lovely and clean. They groom them exquisitely. The cute are adorable on my three maltese. They also do great with cats. I highly recommend Laguna Pet Spa For animal lovers!
