Took my dog to the Petsmart grooming service, he looked really nice yet his skin was irritated thus developed an open wound 2 days after. The cut was in the crotch area, so he was very irritated and had low energy for days because of it. I know you guys are trying to do a good job, yet please please be careful around the sensitive area, I am talking about the nut sacks and such. He sensitive. He sensitive!!
Took my dogs to get groomed and the groomer injured one my dogs’ legs. Friendly staff, they comped the groom, and had a quick visit with the vet at Banfield but still could (and should have) have been avoided.
Horrible Serivce, not only did they make me Drive 30 minutes to get denied, but the guy with the red hair was just flat out rude. Would t even get the manager when I had asked to speak with someone
They refused to clip my puppies nails. Stated she was to violent, a puppy?

They ruined my dogs hair, go elsewhere trust me!
