Gone Grooming

They might be very good. But if you're a new costumer, just forget it. They play games. You call and call, no answer. You text and text and finally 3 days later you recieve a text back. You eventually get a link to fill out forms. You fill out everything and send in vet info and all updated shots, and still, you dont hear back for a while, and then they only have something available in 2 months in the middle of a weekday... (They are also closed half the time. Sunday and Wednesday closed, Saturday only till 1pm and the other 4 days till 3pm). Again, they might be great groomers, but if you are a new costumer, keep scrolling...

UPDATE : They NEVER removed the hair from inside his ear. It started to stink after a week and we took him to another groomer and they said it looked like they shoved his hair deeper in his ear instead of getting it out. They stated it was so deep in there and so thick!!! This place is HORRIBLE. The pictures show enough, definitely don’t recommend this place. Our dog got cut & has been crying from irritation and cuts.

I can’t rave enough about this place! These ladies love your dog like they’re their own! Highly trusted.

Absolutely fantastic! They groomed our wooly, problem child, afraid of everything, don’t come near me Sparky and he looks amazing! Very gentle with my 23 year old Pom. I am so happy we found them! Great staff.

Great attention to detail by a friendly, professional owner and staff. Better even than the result (which was great) was the experience. Gone Grooming doesn't cage their clients; they encourage free play pre- and post-appointment. SUCH a better experience for our little guy. Please support this EXCELLENT local business.
