Took my American Bully there for a bath and nail trimming. They did a good job grooming him and making him look amazing. The only big problem I had is they gave him fleas. My dog didn't have fleas till I took him there, they even mentioned that if he did before the bath that I'd be charged extra but they never mentioned anything nor did they say that some of the other dogs had fleas on them.
This is the second time I went to this location and petsmart in general is great but the groomers are the issue. paying for my dog to get trimmed and his sanitary area wasn't even touched! The first time the groomers all had an attitude when I walked in and the groomer I had try to charge me for an add on that I never asked for.
The groomer asked me the same questions FOUR times. Apparently she wasn't listening. Had an issue with the age of my dog. Tried to add an upcharge I did not request. Asked if the dog got stressed. By then, I was stressed. Cancelled and walked out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Kindly, I am not putting her name. Remember, this is all the corporations fault.

Highly recommend awesome service
They cut my dogs ear to the point that required him a Vet visit and had to get 2 stitches. My dog also received burn marks on chest from the clippers being too hot and no one took accountability. Would not recommend.
