Called Sun afternoon to get our first cat in for a nail trim Mon. The lady said it shouldn't be a problem. It's walk in (couldn't book online add on service), but could schedule with a groomer call in AM "the schedule looks wide open" weird but ok. I called in the am, took work off and talked to 2 maybe 3 ladies including the manager and they were suddenly FULL the entire day. Nothing they could do to get me in and basically hung up on me. Heartbreaking and rude when I really needed help. Kristen was the supervisor. A nail trim couldn't take that long, it wasn't a big package service that I could schedule online in the first place.
They've done a great job with our doodle, who can be anxious with grooming. I wish there was a tip line when you pay with a cc, though. Last time I was low on cash... Sorry Kat. We'll have to swing by some day since I wanted to give you more than 1.50 in change 😬
Our puppy had her first groomer appointment today with Marisa. From the minute we walked in our puppy was happy, and very comfortable. She did an amazing job! Definitely booking with her again!
Where else can you find Santa to take pics with your animals!!. Lots of things you need plus more. Guniea pigs like him too
Patti is amazing!! We have a 14 year Morkie that hates to be groomed and Patti was patient, kind, and patient with our dog! I'll say it again, she is amazing!!! Thank you Patti!!
