Furry Friends Grooming

I don’t know why it took me years to review this shop. However I cannot say enough amazing things about this grooming team. I’ve trusted them with my Akita, Archie for the last 4 years, and they have been absolutely incredible every single time. Anyone who knows Akitas knows they are not an easy breed to groom, the thick double coat alone is a massive job. Not only does my dog always come home looking beautiful, soft, and perfectly groomed, but more importantly, he is calm, happy, and comfortable every single visit. That peace of mind means everything to me. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with and treat them like family. Reliable, professional, kind, and consistently amazing service month after month. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup.

Misty was great. She listened to what I wanted and took extra care of my old gal. Cut was perfect and she was in and out in only 2 hours. That was one of the best parts and the cut was amazing. Misty is the best! Mia says thank you

I'm so upset with this place. I have a pomeranian mix who I specifically have told these people not to give her a pomeranian cut multiple times. They understood me and followed directions the first few times, but then the last time, someone gave her a Pomeranian cut anyway, which you shouldn't do on her, because it includes shaving and she has a double coat. 4-5 months later, her hair won't grow back in certain places, because you aren't. supposed. to. shave. a. dog. with. a double. coat. My dog looks awful and it's possible that her hair won't ever grow back. Please do your research and be more careful with people's pets. My dog had beautiful hair before it got messed up and she doesn't look the same.

This was my third and last visit to FF. The staff is ok. They seem to get bothered if I arrive a little early even though I sit out of sight in the waiting area so I don't upset my dog. But the hack job my girl got today was not worth $90. The hair around her face is uneven and it looks like they just took a shearing device and ran it once between her eyes. It doesn't look well done at all.

After searching and searching for a place that grooms cats, I finally found Furry Friends. I have a long haired cat, named Stinky. He got a sanitary cut, paw pads, and nails done. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my very nervous boy. We were also in and out in 15 minutes. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I took my cat to get groomed and get a lion cut too. 🦁 The staff was really friendly and my furry friend was treated well. The pricing was very reasonable, better than most places I've been to or even called to inquire for services. I will definitely be going back to Furry Friends.
