PetSmart Grooming

There was no need for the staff member working today to be rude to my partner for coming in as a walk in customer. You offer walk in service and if you are busy and can’t do it that’s totally fine. However, it is an offered service as long as there is availability. I also brought up it up when I came back with him to pick up my dog, since he was bothered by her attitude and multiple comments about appointments. She made him feel like crap. To me she also made another remark about just calling when I said it doesn’t allow for me to do appointments online with his breed and also hard with my job schedule. She decided to tell me the hours to call and make an appointment. Am I missing something here about an appointment requirement?!? We can go to another location or place and avoid this treatment.

Astro is part chiahuah. The last time he was at the groomer was about 8 years ago, and he doesn't like foreign objects near his feet. He was difficult, to say the least, but they handled him well and did a good job. The price was good too.

First time going in to Lakewood pet smart for shampoo of my dog. Had a appointment @1:00 . There were 5 dogs in the same room. They said they would kennel him for 2 to 3 hrs because of their policy of group grooming. This is a unexceptable ! Especially when you have pets with anxiety. I will take my dog to Woofers.

It's a good store we haven't had any issues everyone seems to be generally in a good mood and willing to help if needed..

I don't have a dog. But I have seen happy pet parents and happy dogs.
