I’ve been bringing my dogs here for nearly a decade and they’ve always done a great job! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, especially Debby. My dogs’ groomer is Sarah and she’s truly the best. She’s so accommodating with my senior dog and both of my dogs love her so much!

10/10 loved it! Went in for the self serve wash to wash my girls. Was $18 per pet which Included diluted bottles of shampoo, conditioner and ear cleaning solution. They also have add ons such as cologne and paw rub which are $1. Also offer aprons for you so you don’t get wet and a powerful blow dryer and towels to dry your dog. Wash stations are a good size fit two medium sized dogs which was perfect for me to wash both my girls at the same time. The actual store in general had many things from crates, dog beds, food bowls, treats, bathing supplies and toys. Employees are very helpful and polite.

My father-in-law came to this pet store specifically to follow Linda, who has been grooming his dog for years. When he arrived, he was greeted rudely by the owner, who told him he was 45 minutes late. He explained that he was only about five minutes late, but she responded sarcastically, saying she had texted him the night before to move his appointment earlier. My father-in-law does not use text messaging, and when he returned home upset, we checked his phone—there was no message. While we sincerely apologize to Linda, the way this situation was handled was upsetting. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. Gerald Hoadley

I took my 4 month old doodle here for the first time to get him groomed. They did such an amazing job and my puppy was happy. I’m definitely a lifer now. Everyone is always so friendly and kind ❤️

I’d leave 0 stars if I could! I took in my schnauzer for a bath and haircut & just hours after getting home, I could tell he was very uncomfortable and in pain! I started checking him and immediately saw they had hurt him in all his private areas 💔 I called at least 20 times before someone actually picked up. When I asked what happened to him and sent pictures of what I was seeing, I was told they had no clue and all they could do was provide a cooling gel. They also said he could have hurt himself some other way when clearly it was major cuts and burns all over his private parts and his tail. They didn’t apologize for hurting my dog or admitted to being at fault. I will never take him here again. It took several days of applying an antibiotic ointment his vet recommended before he was no longer in pain & redness/inflammation went away! Sadly he now has a scar on his tail for life & is traumatized due to the horrible treatment at your elegant pet 💔😔

I loved it and my furry baby Max came out Happy with his services as well smelling and looking good they definitely got my business for Max 🐶

When I first came in was greeted with wonderful customer service I didn’t catch the guys name but he gave me the rundown on how to use self dog washing station and products. I love that there was plenty of stations open for use and everything I need to wash my dog. I also like that I wasn’t rushed on the wash and I had plenty of time to get my dog cleaned. I will definitely be coming back next week to wash again thank you 🙏
