I just had my first experience with Old Town Tails and I am beyond impressed. My dog is not dog friendly, and to say the least I was a ball of nerves dropping her off to a new place and new people. They handled my dog and her grooming with such professionalism and compassion. I like that they provide excellent communication and feedback on how my dog handled herself. The price is very affordable, the facility was clean and environment was calm and controlled. Grooming included a bath, blow dry, ear cleaning, and nail trimming. She even came home with a cute bandana. I will never take my dog elsewhere.

I took my English Cream Golden Retriever to Old Town Tails for his first visit for a bath, nail trim and all over trim. He is a very vocal, nervous doggo when it comes to grooming. They were AMAZING with him!!!! He looks GORGEOUS!!!!! Literally perfect! I am beyond happy with my experience there! I would highly recommend them for your doggos grooming needs! They are so kind and caring!!!!!

It was an all-around good experience my groomer does a great job. It’s like my fourth time going to her. She’s pretty consistent. My dog looked great.

I am severely disappointed in this place. We decided to take our dog to get groomed because we wanted him to have a positive experience. This was anything but. We took him in around 4:11 and they called it quits on him by 4:30. We were confused because he’s a sweet boy and has never shown any aggression or any concerning behaviors. They called us and said he doesn’t want his front nails trimmed and that he was being fearful so they decided to cut the grooming short. I read the reviews before coming here and saw all the positive ones saying how well their anxious dogs were taken care of here. I don’t know what happened today where that suddenly was not the case but I am extremely angry. If my dog was being aggressive in any way I would understand but they said he literally just didn’t want his front nails trimmed and that he was fearful/anxious. Is it not your job as a groomer to help dogs through that? And to call it quotes after just 20 minutes and charging me $40 still? I’m never coming back.

Clean & cute salon! Employees were kind, informative & helpful and my Pupper is looking fabulous! Reasonable pricing and quality services.

Katie is great with Layla. She always listens to what we want and goes above and beyond. She has so much patience with our hyper/nervous pup. Super friendly customer service always.
