Had a horrible experience months back. If I could rate zero, I would. Lady had left her father in charge. Man was very sweet, which was the only reason why I paid. Then the daughter, owner, had the nerve to charge me more through a call she had with her father. Left blood all over the floor from my dogs nails. Didnt bath him at all. No dip, only perfumed. Didn't voice anything out because the man was a sweetheart. Just horrible service. DO NOT GO!!!!!!! Only reason why I am rating now is because recently I had ordered a grooming kit on amazon due to the experience& so far it's worked wonders. Trying to save someone from going through this with their fur baby😪😔💔
