I just found Bless Their Heart Pet Salon and had a great experience today!! 💚 the staff was friendly and professional, and I felt good about leaving Kappa in their care. And as you can see, he looks happy and handsome in his new cut and little tie! 😍 I will definitely be back.
I have been there multiple times and always made sure that they trimmed my dog nice and short. He is a chow and I never wanted him to be shaved and they knew that. I just picked him up and paid a price of $100 which is ridiculous and they shaved him. She Said he had a skin problem which he does not. Very very disappointed! That’s pretty bad after you show them a picture of what you want and they go ahead and do something without even contacting you. He just went to the vet last week and the vet said how good he looked and he did not have any skin issues at all. Unbelievable!
Not recommended, left knots in my dogs hair, was extremely choppy! charged me a different price then the original groomer, that normally does them. Tried to call multiple times to get them corrected or to discuss the change in pricing phone went unanswered as well as messages.
Bruiser is soooo difficult to groom. He doesn't like getting clipped. The ladies at Bless Their Heart are wonderful with him. They understand when he needs a break. In the end he got the best cut he's ever had, and wasn't even traumatized! Highly recommend this pet salon.
Bless their heart pet salon is awesome. Not only are they professional they make your dog and you feel like family. I brought my newest rescue from Tennessee, a country,wood living Pomeranian full of knots. Julie after taking great time and patience, presented me a dog that looked like a show dog. I don't know how she does it. All I know Julie and her staff is AMAZING!!❤️
