Bark Place Grooming

I have taken my great Pyrenees here for almost 10 years. I love the way they take good care of him and they’re literally the only people I trust. They always do a good job on bathing, ears, nails, teeth, de-shed and shave. Even when I moved across town, I still came to Bark Place. Thank you, Carl and Mackenzie for everything that you do!

It was our first time w/A Bark Place and they did not disappoint! The male owner groomed my bernedoodle & patiently worked with me to better decide what cuts would best fit our active lifestyle. He helped me to decide what differing lengths I might want for my dog in the various regions of the body and it was both an informative and pleasant experience. He was jolly and goofy and just so damn sweet! My pup came out of that appointment with the cutest style to date! My pup is prone to chronic ear infections and they respected my wishes to carefully fill his ears with cotton balls and keep moisture out. Honestly, no request was too difficult for them and everything was honored. Such a joy to work with. Moss & I have adopted this local business as our dedicated grooming spot now. I started taking my male Shih Tzu to Bark Place about 1 1/2 yrs ago since it was close to my home. I never had any complains and he always looked really cute. However, in January I took my Shih Tzu and my new female Yorkie Apso and it was horrible. I instructed girl at check in NOT to cut her hair or shave her and only clean up her face. I was horrified when I picked up my babies and when they brought them out to me, I thought they brought me someone else’s dog! Then my baby girl smiled at me and I realized they had butchered her hair completely! No one would take responsibility as I said to them that she was only there to have her face cleaned up. Everyone acknowledged that they knew I had said that but they blamed a woman (I believe named Linda) that never said a word. No apology or anything. All they did was refund the $50 they had charged me for her cut. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place! See before and after photos.

Just moved to this side of town. I'm so happy I found this place! Karen and the rest of Team are super friendly and accommodating. They did an amazing job with my puppy Cooper! P.S. They even groom goats and can give your pet any wild haircut/hairstyle you dream up!

We’ve gone there since we moved here in 2014 and have not been disappointed even once. They’re attentive, have great hours and do a very good job. Pics are morning bed head and after grooming 2-3 hours later

They are great. My dog does not like the car ride, but is happy when she see's McKenzie.

I went into the portal to preserve a spot. It had a time open at noon. The portal stated to reserve this spot. I would need to pay a deposit which I did d front desk customer service representative at this location. Inform me that they needed to move my appointment to Monday. I could not make a Monday appointment. Therefore, needed to cancel, she proceeded to tell me that I was canceling my appointment, not that they were trying to move my appointment that she will not let them know that the portal is incorrect when placing a reservation. They need to inform you that even though you pay a deposit. You do not have that slot booked and that they have the right to rebook you and if they rebook you to a slot that you cannot Make it takes them 3 to 5 days to refund. Your deposit therefore they should not be taking deposits. If you are not actually booking your appointment. The front desk representative was extremely argumentative, kept saying it was above her pay grade to inform the manager or anybody at the establish that the portal is telling you, you're reserving a spot with your deposit and went on and on about how it's above her pay grade. This is the worst customer service I. Have dealt within many years. The Walmart customer service was a better experience. Then this organization.
