Critter Care Grooming

My dogs always came home weird and scared. My one dog would not come by us for 1 week. Plus they cut my dog and never told me. She needed stitches. When I asked why didn't you tell me they said it was no big deal.

Great customer service, friendly staff and they do an awesome job washing my dog, cleaning her teeth, buffing her nails and anal gland cleaning. The only thing I noticed on my last visit was the price went up

My sweet boy is 17 and has long hair. He has some nasty benign moles all over his body randomly(he is too old to have surgery to have them removed).... I love these guys because they are the only place I can fully trust to groom him and shave him down without nicking his moles. He is always peaceful when I pick him up. He never seems stressed or traumatized like he has other places. They are really great here!

This is the second time we've used this groomer, the first time both of our dogs had minor skin irritation on sensitive areas of their skin, but it was not serious. This second time we used their services and I truly regret that we did. One of my dogs just recovered from surgery and we were excited to finally have her hair cut. After this haircut, she now has a raw infected ear because of how they cut the hair. She is in obvious pain and doesn't know why her ear is bloody, swollen, and has puss. My other dog also has raw skin on his belly and private part. They both look so sad and it hurts to know that we did this to them by bringing them to this groomer. Don't bring your dogs here unless you want to see them in pain afterwards.

I have been bringing my dogs here for ten years. They do a wonderful job! And always greet us by name when we walk in. They are so kind. I had a elderly Jack Russell and Cindy was so gentle with her. I really have always appreciated the way she treated my dogs. Cindy is an awesome groomer, and excellent with my pets.

I have a special needs dog who has a hard time standing and they offered to groom her here when no one else in Henderson would. They did an absolutely wonderful job, helped my dog remain calm, and she looked beautiful when they were done. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is hard to find a groomer who understands senior dogs. My sincere thanks to the owner and her staff.

My wife and I have taken our Boxer / Pit mix to no less than a dozen places to have her washed, nails trimmed, etc. We have paid WAY more than we thought was necessary at several places. The places that we did find, couldn't trim her nails, or found some other excuse not to do a complete job as she is a rescue animal, and was abused by her previous owner. She is difficult at times for strangers to deal with. Today the Heavens opened and we found Critter Care Grooming on North Tenaya. Everyone was wonderful, professional, and friendly. They gave her a bath, cleaned her ears, teeth, AND were able to trim her nails, all for the INCREDIBLY low price of $40. The staff all know how to treat special cases like our puppy and were eager to get the job done, properly. If you have a dog or cat that is in need of some TLC, I strongly suggest you make the trip to Critter Care Grooming. Thanks to all involved for such a great experience!!!
