Custom Clips Pet Grooming

My family has used this mobile grooming for years. We have 4 dogs and even though we have been loyal customers this company could care less. They have set up a confirmation system to respond to and every time I confirm I get a text late at night to confirm again and because its so late I never see the text and I get completely cancelled on. Trust me, we will never contact you again but I want others to know this company does not value them. They seem to go out of their way to not service a home that has consistently needed them for years. You win, We will never need you again.

We couldn't be happier. I needed to get my cat shave as the hind end matt's were extreme. Cindy was great with my wild girl and shave her with no nicks or cuts. Itty bitty was so happy straight out of the van so I know she had a good time and not traumatized. I absolutly will call again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS. Today we had our dogs groomed, both small dogs. I asked the groomers to not shave them down to the skin, and mentioned to keep their fur at a reasonable length. Not twenty minutes later, they returned, with the dogs shaved down to the skin. One of our dogs was bleeding from 5 different razor burns. I then called the business number when I returned from work, and the lady who identified herself as the owner, responded to my complaint, with "I don't need to deal with complaints today", and promptly hung up on me. If you love your pets even the slightest bit, this business is not for you. What they did to our dogs is borderline animal abuse.

We had been using this groomer since 2023 and always had positive experiences with Nikki. However, during our recent visit, a different groomer shaved our dog too closely, against our explicit request. Our pups came home with razor burn. When my husband expressed frustration and concern, he was hung up on. He was frustrated but didn’t raise his voice or anything. Then she proceeded to comment about his attitude. I’m sorry not sorry these our fur babies and they were so shaved down that one of my babies has nic above is nose. There was zero care or accountability. This is not just about a grooming issue. It’s about how clients — and their pets — are treated when something goes wrong. If a business cannot handle constructive criticism or offer empathy when a client is expressing concern, they should not be in a service-based industry. The way this business handled our concern says everything — and it’s not okay. We won’t be returning. We recommend no one uses this company.

Very happy! Our vet recommended Cindy. Our 10yo medium-long hair kitty has not been keeping up with his grooming and started getting some clumps/matted areas. He’s so uncooperative with us trimming his nails and brushing his tummy…he’s never been groomed before so I didn’t know what he’d be able to tolerate. OMG Cindy and her assistant did an amazing job!!! My gosh Yankee is so soft and beautiful, matted fur gone. He pouted for a bit after he came back into the house lol but eating treats within 20min and now napping.

Called to get my medium hair cat groomed. Luckily there's was availability right away. Showed up within 5 minutes, 45 mins later, clean happy cat. Will use their mobile service again, takes the stress out of getting the cats groomed. Highly recommend them.
