Groomingdales

I took in a stray dog about 1 to 2 months ago, and he was quite matted and in desperate need of a proper groom. I decided to bring him here, and I couldn’t be happier with what they were able to do for my pup, Prince. My dog has undoubtedly been through a lot and struggles with being around people. I've noticed that he gets very anxious and scared in many situations. He’s also shown that he is very sensitive and guarded concerning his legs and feet. I was very worried about how Prince would do, but Scott was incredibly patient and kind with him and managed to form a real bond with him in a short time, which meant everything to me. What I appreciated most was that Scott took the time to come outside and talk with me afterward. He explained everything he did, shared his observations about Prince’s behavior, and even gave me his number so we can schedule with him directly next time. The level of care and communication really stands out. I felt completely at ease here, and I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism Scott and his team showed. I highly, highly recommend this place, especially if your pet needs a little extra patience and understanding. 🙂

WARNING! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE, VERY RESPECTFUL, BUT THEY ARE VERY LAZY , THEY CUT CORNERS , AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT.HOW THEY WANT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I ASKED FOR MY DOG TO GET A LIGHT TRIM AND THEY CUT HER HAIR COMPLETELY OFF.SHE LOOKS LIKE A NAKED MOLE RAT..WE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN. HER HAIR CUT LOOKS TERRIBLE AND RUSHED.. THANKS ALOT GROOMINGDAILS.

Thank you for Cleaning my messy puppies up. They look absolutely perfect! Fast and amazing staff that were very friendly! Highly recommend. Love the bows on her ears ❤️

Totally amazing team. My poor Shih Tzu, his behind needed assistance and Groomingdales came through like true heroes. I was then able to get him some medicine for his sore bottom. Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️ your help means so much.

[Finally found a place] I was recommended here by a coworker and I honestly loved the work they’ve done on my two babies! Both came back happy 🙂 for the two together I paid a good price range definitely did better work than past places. I’m happy I finally found a place that really does do a good job at deshedding and did a beautiful teddy bear look on my Yorkie. Thank you for taking care of these goofballs, They are a handful!

I was referred to Groomingdales by family. After having a horrible experience elsewhere, I tried Groomingdales out and I cannot be happier. The staff was so nice and caring. My pup was anxious at first, but upon pickup, he was excited and smelling so fresh. He received a groom, and he looks absolutely stunning. I will forever be choosing Groomingdales over anywhere else for tidying my baby up and for special baths. We are both impressed! Thank you for your understanding and special care for my boy.

They always take great care of my Marley. We’ve been going to Groomingdales for a couple of years and they give great service. My pup always looks great and is treated well. Thank you guys!
