Customer service was A1 from the phone call I made prior to my visit until we left . Everyone was great and my little guy was comfortable and came out clean and cute . We’ll definitely be back .

This shop has heart and they love our little doggies! I have been coming to this shop for many years- even after we moved all the way across town! Sydney is a great groomer and her staff is amazing always giving our dogs the best treatment and always has them looking their best! If your looking for a great shop with real caring people to take care of your doggie this is the one!!!

Groomingdales have been grooming my dogs for years. They did excellent work in getting my dog cleaned up and looking cute. They really did exceptional work in removing the eye gunk that had caked up over time. He looked so cute and smelled very nice.

Been bringing my fur babies here for years!! I love the staff, always the same friendly faces and I trust them 100% with my babies. They ALWAYS do an amazing job and their prices are the best in town!!! Thank you Groomingdales!!!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon with both of our dogs for a nail trim. They did both dogs immediately. They were both professional and friendly. $5 per dog!

Disappointed with this visit. First time I brought my fur baby he came out looking amazing just how I wanted him. But this time I went in was asked if I wanted the same thing as last time, which I agreed. I did not want any changes but he came out completely bald!!😠 took him in at 11:30 am called around 3pm was told he wouldn’t be done until almost 4. 3:50pm as I am on my way I received a call that he was ready that I needed to be there bc they would be closing soon. The lady had a distasteful attitude! When I walked in one lady was polite while the other rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed.. which for a business working with animals I do not understand as they need lots of patience , love & respect! Believe that lady is in the wrong field. I smiled at her she ignored me and looked away. Was very confused because the very first time I went in the OTHER employees were very nice and polite. Will be calling to see who the very first groomer I went to was and will only be taking my baby if they are there. Very upset that I received no warning that my baby would be cut super short, the job seemed rush, face and body had no texture he did not smell like any spray or anything! Very odd experience I got today . Also if any fur baby needs to be shaved down super short, a warning and courtesy call should be given! Will be leaving pictures for reference.
