Las Vegas Pet Spa

I was very disappointed with the experience at this location. When I called on November 23rd around 4 PM, I was quoted $45 for a shampoo and nail trim for my corgi, with an additional $10 promotional discount that would bring the total to $35 before tip. I was also quoted approximately $60 for my larger dog, with the understanding that the price could vary after seeing him. Based on this information, I scheduled the appointment for my corgi and planned to wait on bringing in my larger dog. However, when I arrived, the staff member spoke to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, as if I had fabricated the quote I was given over the phone. She raised the price significantly and acted as though we were trying to get a deal we weren’t entitled to, which was both unprofessional and upsetting. I was simply repeating the information their own staff had provided. While I understand that prices can vary based on the dog’s coat and condition, the lack of communication, inconsistency in pricing, and the disrespectful behavior I experienced are unacceptable. I would never recommend a business that treats customers this way. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was provided during my visit.

I've been bringing my Shih Tzu Romeo here for years and won't go anywhere else! They're always very friendly, accommodating, patient, skilled, and do an absolutely awesome job every time.

Worst customer service ever. I called yesterday to make an appointment for my two dogs and they offered me to bring them in the next day (today) I get here to drop them off and the door is locked. A girl comes to the door and tells me she’s alone and that the groomers called out sick. I was obviously shocked and asked why someone didn’t call me, her response was that they didn’t have my number. That’s definitely a LIE, I’ve been bringing my dogs here for over 2 yrs and they call me when they’re ready for pick up. It’s very upsetting and I won’t be recommending or won’t be coming back.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Las Vegas Pet Spa for quite a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. I come on a monthly basis, and every time I drop off my pup, I leave knowing he’s in great hands. The staff is always warm, professional, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has such a peaceful vibe that puts both of us at ease. The grooming work is always top-notch — he comes home looking fresh, happy, and smelling great every single time. One of my favorite little personal touches is the adorable bandannas they put around his neck after each visit. I absolutely love the styles they choose — it’s such a thoughtful and fun detail that always makes me smile. It’s rare to find a place that consistently offers such loving care and quality service. I’m so grateful for Las Vegas Pet Spa and wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else. Highly recommend!

If you need a nice clean cut las vegas pet spa is that place to go! Every time I take my pet I leave super satisfied! I have a pet schnauzer and Brandy did an amazing job on the schnauzer cut! Thank you brandy!

I have brought my 2 kitties in to be groomed by Heleen on separate occasions. Our first kitty (Ash) was a stray kitty that we were able to catch in our backyard just over a year ago. Obviously, living on the street, he was quite dusty and needed to be cleaned up before being introduced to our other kitty (Glacier). Heleen took him on a same day appointment - knowing he had just been pulled from the backyard. She bathed him and groomed him so beautifully and made him look so handsome. But above all, she was patient with him and truly cared for my new furry friend. She even notified me that he had an abscess on his cheek. I had been to the Vet earlier that morning, and the Vet didn't catch it, but thanks to her meticulous care, I was told about the abscess and was able to get medication and care for Ash. So a little over 1 year later, I needed to bring our other kitty in because his fur has recently become very matted. Again, Heleen gave Glacier the same patience and care as she gave to Ash. She bathed and brushed him, but some of his mats on his tummy were beyond combing out, so she gently had to shave his tummy. I'm so very happy to have found someone to help care for our kitties when they do need a little extra grooming care that is beyond what I (and they!) are capable of caring for.
