Paw Grooming

Everything was wrong from start to finish. When they gave me a price, they said my 50lb Bohemian Shepherd would be $55. They didn't say any different when we brought her in, but when we tried to collect her, they raised it to $85. Her appointment was supposed to be at 12:30pm, they told us she would be done by 2:30. When we arrived at 3pm, they said they had not yet started on her and she would be ready at 6pm. I should have taken her back then, and I regret I trusted them at all. They asked how much hair we want off. We said none, or not that much off, we like her fluffy and she's a Double Coat dog. They freaking shaved her bald AND uneven with random chunks of fur here and there! She looks like a sick rat instead of a dog! She went from a fluffy fluff ball, to a rough, corduroy feeling buzz cut. (I've attached pics to show her with her fur, and after they mangled her). And then they lied claiming "shaving double coat dogs makes their coat grow in thicker"! No, it doesn't, it screws up their coats, but more than that, we said we didn't want much or any hair cut!! So why shave her at all?! She's also covered in some weird powder, like ALL of her. I am disgusted and disappointed, how the heck are they in business?!

My Dog 🐕 LOVED going here, they said he did so well, and they would love him as a return customer. He smelt so nice and he was all fluffed out and beautiful! He did not shed as much as he used to after I took him (he is a golden retriever Mix, so he normally sheds a lot). He will be going back! Excellent service and care. I loved the cute bandana.

Took my REALLY matted goldendoodle to get groomed here and they did an amazing job ! The price is super affordable i was paying 150+ at other grooming places and this place only charged me 95$ . They also let me know of an ear infection he had and also recommended vets to take him to . They are so nice and communicate well with me when he was finished etc. I will continue to bring my goldendoodle here !

Amazing service and reasonable pricing i took my miniature schnauzer for a bath, hair cut and nail trimming they did and excellent job, so happy I found my new grooming place, the cut was perfect and I can tell by my dog behavior she was so happy too. It was a long time since she was groomed and taking her to paw grooming was the best decision. Definitely coming back again!

Very good place to groom your dogs. I get my dogs groomed here every time since I’ve moved to the area and they’ve been nothing but amazing to my dogs. I can tell they are treated well and are always happy after their groom! I definitely recommend going here especially to support quality local businesses!
